Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Creatormeets, we strive to ensure seamless collaboration between businesses and creators. This policy outlines when and how campaigns or orders can be cancelled, and the circumstances under which refunds will be issued.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Businesses may cancel a campaign or product order before the creator has accepted or begun work.
- Creators may cancel participation before submitting any deliverables.
- Once a creator has submitted content or the business has shipped physical goods, cancellation becomes subject to review.
2. How to Cancel
- Log into your Creatormeets dashboard.
- Navigate to Campaigns (for businesses) or My Collaborations (for creators).
- Select the campaign or order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Request.
- Provide a brief reason for cancellation and submit.
You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation request is processed.
3. Refund Processing
- Full Refund: If cancelled >48 hours before campaign start date or before creator acceptance, the full payment (minus payment gateway fees) will be credited back within 5–7 business days.
- Partial Refund: If cancelled after creator acceptance but before content submission, the creator is owed up to 50% of the fee; the remainder is refundable.
- No Refund: If cancelled after content delivery and approval, no refund applies.
4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from content quality or deliverable discrepancies can be escalated via Help Center → Disputes, where our support team will mediate within 3 business days.
