At Creatormeets, we strive to ensure seamless collaboration between businesses and creators. This policy outlines when and how campaigns or orders can be cancelled, and the circumstances under which refunds will be issued.

  1. Log into your Creatormeets dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Campaigns (for businesses) or My Collaborations (for creators).
  3. Select the campaign or order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Request.
  4. Provide a brief reason for cancellation and submit.

You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation request is processed.

Disputes arising from content quality or deliverable discrepancies can be escalated via Help Center → Disputes, where our support team will mediate within 3 business days.
